Environmental Health Leaders Forum (Post-Conference Session)
* This event is FREE, but limited to Environmental Health Professionals only, and you must register to attend

Thursday, February 19 - 1 - 5 PM

Ever struggled with when to allow your facilities to host a dog swim? How about a variance request for wooden hot tubs filled with beer? Got questions on surf parks or lagoons being built in your jurisdiction? Float tanks? Drone inspections?

Join other environmental health professionals from across the country during a closed-door session at the 2026 Association of Aquatics Professionals (AOAP) Annual Conference and Exposition. Hosted by the Council for the Model Aquatic Health Code (CMAHC), the Environmental Health Leaders Meeting is a FREE, half-day, round table discussion, open only to environmental health professionals. Many of the challenges other jurisdictions face are the same or similar to your own. Come and learn how other jurisdictions have responded to those challenges and take away tools to strengthen your own program.

Darryl Booth will join the meeting to share a talk that demystifies AI for environmental health professionals, offering five practical “recipes” that demonstrate how the technology can be used responsibly to improve daily workflows.
