Providers of recognized operator training courses, if required by the AHJ to verify that the course meets the requirements and intent of this CODE, shall submit course information including:
1) Course development expertise,
2) Course content,
3) Course length,
4) Instructor qualifications,
5) Exam administration,
6) Certificate procedures, and
7) Updates of information as changes are made.
